MORE MEMBERS ARE NEEDED IN OHIO, INDIANA, PENNSYLVANIA, KENTUCKY, and WEST VIRGINIA!!
 
Rescue Alliance has a serious shortage of members in these states. These are the puppy mill states and our member's foster homes are overflowing. Puppy mill refugees are coming in more quickly than we can adopt them out. Experience with puppy mill refugees is helpful, but we are happy to help our members learn how to rehabilitate! We need members in the northeastern, southern, and mid-western states as well.
